WATERLOO - Grayce L. Morgan, 92, of Waterloo died Saturday, Dec. 31, at Country View of natural causes.

She was born Jan. 22, 1913, in Princeton, Wis., daughter of Byron Charles and Alma Martha Kroll Hayes.

Survived by a sister, Leatha Edgar of Clinton, Wis.

Preceded in death by three brothers, Rufus, Chester and Henry; and three sisters, Allie, Sylvia and Doris.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Country View, with burial in the Garden of Memories Cemetery. Friends may call from 9:30 a.m. until service time Wednesday at Country View. Garden View Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be directed to the Cedar Bend Humane Society.
