CEDAR FALLS - Margaret A. Kirchmann, 72, of Cedar Falls, died Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013, at Cedar Falls Health Care Center.

She was born Dec. 28, 1940, in Waterloo, daughter of Herbert and Maude Blumgren Albertson. She married Ronald Kirchmann on Nov. 16, 1956, in Waterloo.

Mrs. Kirchman was a homemaker.

Survived by her husband; two daughters, Rhonda Slagenweit of Evansdale and Karen Gleason of Forsyth, Mo.; three sons, Jim and John, both of Cedar Rapids, and Ronald (Treva) of Waterloo; 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Larry (Pat) and Dale Albertson, both of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by a brother, Dean Albertson; a sister, Clarice Rose; and a son-in-law, Ken Slagenweit.

Memorial services: 2 p.m. Thursday at First Lutheran Church, with entombment in Garden of Memories Mausoleum, both in Waterloo. Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway, Waterloo, is in charge of arrangements.
