WATERLOO - Lucas Allen Iversen, 3-month-old son of Adam and Sara Moe Iversen, died Wednesday, June 21, 2006, at University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics, Iowa City, of complications from heart surgery.

He was born March 4, 2006, in Iowa City.

Survived by his parents; maternal grandmother, Linda Moe of Waterloo; paternal grandfather, Gary Iversen of Waterloo; paternal grandmother, Amy DeHaan of Portage, Ind.; paternal great-grandmother, Dortha Iversen of Waterloo; paternal great-grandmother, Pat Carmack of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; two aunts, Robin Summers and Rebecca Iversen; three uncles, Timothy Moe, Seth Summers and Andrew Iversen; and two cousins, Timmy Summers and Faith Hoffman.

Preceded in death by paternal great-grandfathers, Kermit Iversen and Bill Carmack; and maternal great-grandparents, Roger Morgan and Sara-Faye Morgan.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Monday at Westminster Presbyterian Church, with burial in the Garden of Memories Cemetery. Public visitation from 3 to 6 p.m. today at Locke Funeral Home.

A memorial fund will be established.
