CEDAR FALLS - Marjory “Marge” Bunte, 92, formerly of Backus, Minn., and Cedar Falls, died Tuesday, Oct. 15, at Good Samaritan Society of Pine River, Minn.

She was born June 9, 1921, to Robert Jackson Moore and Della Martin Moore. She married Walter J. Bunte on April 4, 1941. He died May 6, 2002.

She graduated from New Providence High School in New Providence. She was as a homemaker, with a part-time position with Avon. She also worked in the school cafeteria at Peet Junior High, Cedar Falls. She attended Pine River United Methodist Church.

Survived by a daughter, Carolyn (Robert) Ballard of Moorhead, Minn.; a son, John (Pat Hare) of Eldora; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a brother, Robert Moore of Green Mountain.

Services: 2 p.m. Saturday at United Methodist Church, Pine River.

Memorials may be directed to Good Samaritan Society Home Care & Hospice-Pine River. Brenny Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services are in charge of arrangements.
