JESUP - GERALDINE M. POWELL-TEEPLE, 65, of Glendale, Ariz., formerly of Jesup, died Tuesday, Feb. 22, in Arizona of natural causes.

She was born March 3, 1934, in Jesup, daughter of Leonard F. and Frances M. Kurtz. She married Steven S. Powell. He preceded her in death.

Mrs. Powell-Teeple was a licensed practical nurse and had formerly worked as an airline reservationist and teletypist.

SURVIVED BY: her mother, Frances M. Kurtz of Jesup; and a brother, Doyle J. Kurtz of Waterloo.

PRECEDED IN DEATH BY: a brother, Richard M. Kurtz, and a sister, Connadene A. Haley.

MEMORIAL SERVICES: 2 p.m. today at Camino Del Sol Funeral Chapel and Cremation Center, Sun City West, Ariz.
