Miss Frances Keiley, 53, of 1125 Mulberry Street, died at 12;40 a.m. Wednesday in Allen Memorial Hospital, after a two-month illness of high blood pressure.

She had been removed to the hospital Monday noon. Miss Keiley, who formerly resided at 124 Courtlandt Street, had made her home with an uncle, Clarence E. Carr, after the death of her mother on Mar. 23, 1944.

Frances Estell Keiley was born Sept. 24, 1890, at Jefferson, la., only daughter of Martin and Lucy H. Carr Keiley. She moved to Waterloo with her parents 35 years ago. Her father died 17 years ago.

The body is at Kearns Garden chapel. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. John's Catholic church, Rev. Fr. N. J. Lentz, officiating. Interment will be made in Falrview Cemetery. The St. John's Rosary society will meet at 8 p. m. Thursday at the Garden chapel.
