Services for former Waterloo resident Mrs. Garnet Lindsey, 68, will be Tuesday afternoon in St. Petersburg, Fla., with burial there. She was a resident of Dunedin, Fla., and died there Saturday of an apparent heart attack.

She was born Jan. 24, 1906, in Connorsville, Ind., the daughter of Clifford and Lorraine Van Pelt Cook. She married George William Lindsey July 3, 1923, in Freeport, Ill.

She lived in Waterloo from 1941 to 1964, moving to Florida when Mr. Lindsey retired.

Survivors include her husband; three sons, George Jr. of Torrance, Calif., James of Evansville, Ind., and Clifford of Waupon, Wis.; eight daughters, Mrs. Doris Zickuhr of Hawthorne, Calif., Mrs. Betty Meeker of Byron, III, Mrs. Patricia Hagenbuck of Mason City, Mrs. Judith Woodworth and Mrs. Marjorie Lightfield, both of Pinellas Park, Fla., Mrs. Linda Lavender of Clearwater, Fla., Mrs. Barbara Barlow of 511 Pioneer Rd., and Mrs. Sarah Hansen of 630 Evergreen Ave.
