After a year's illness of a complication of diseases Daniel G. Bidwell died at 11:30 a.m. today at the home of a niece, Mrs. D. H. Gregory, 1217 Englewood Avenue, age 71 years. He was unmarried.

Deceased was born July 5, 1857, at Cleveland, O. When he was 3 years old. his parents brought him to Iowa, settling at Aurora. Mr. Bidwell lived at or near Aurora up to 20 years ago when he came to make his home with his niece here.

Other nieces and nephews surviving are Mrs. Daisy Brown, Aurora; Mrs. Carrie Tennis, Lament; Frank B. Jenkins, Waterloo; B. H. Jenkins, Freeport, Ill.

The body is at the O'Keefe & Towne Mortuary where it may be viewed by friends tomorrow afternoon, and will be taken to Aurora Monday morning for funeral services and burial. Tho family requests no flowers be sent.
