Mrs. Jane Palmer, 90, died at 3 p.m. yesterday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. D. W. Rovee, 302 High Street, after a year of ill health arising from a fall suffered June 14, 1923. She had been bedfast since last September.

Deceased was born in 1834 on the Maine coast. She had been a resident of Waterloo 37 years and since the death of her husband in 1901, had lived with her daughter. Mrs. Palmer was a charter member of Graves Memorial United Brethren Church.

Surviving, beside her daughter, are two grandchildren, Mrs. B. L. Morrow, Lake Worth, Fla., and Mrs. R. W. Schear, Waterloo.

Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday from the Bovee home, in charge of Rev. E. W. Main. Burial will be in Elmwood. Friends may view the remains at the Kistner Mortuary until 10 a.m. Thursday.
