Services for Arthur Joseph Stealy, 76, of Twin Lakes, Minn., formerly of Waterloo, will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Parrott and Wood Funeral Home where friends may call until services. Burial at Memorial Park Cemetery. He was dead on arrival at an Albert Lea, Minn., hospital of a heart attack.

He was born Oct. 27, 1899, in Argyle, Wis., the son of Vinton and Susan Jacobs Stealy. He was in the automotive business until retiring in 1965. He married Ann Marie Nehring Sept. 30, 1932.

Survivors include his wife; four sons, James of Denver, Colo., Eugene of Green Bay, Wis., Donald Deerwood, Minn., and Leo of Clear Lake; a daughter, Charlotte; two brothers, Paul of 727 Indiana St., and Howard of 209 N. Division, Cedar Falls; two sisters, Mrs. Nellie Elder of Sioux City and Mrs. L.B. Jones of Waterloo.
