Funeral services for Estelle H. Grundy, 77, of 352 Halstead St;, are tentatively set for 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Payne AME Church. Friends may call at the Chapel of Memories East after 10 a.m. Tuesday.

Mrs. Grundy died at 11:15 a.m. yesterday at St. Francis Hospital of complications of age.

She was born Jan. 9, 1895, in Keokuk, the daughter of Frank and Anna Humbles. She was married to John Grundy. She lived in Waterloo for the past 40 years and was a member of the Payne AME Church.

Survivors include one son, Benjamin, of 352 Halstead St., two grandsons, nine granddaughters and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
