CEDAR FALLS - Mrs. Rena I. Simpson, 62, ot 1001 Hudson Rd., died early Sunday at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester Minn.

Services are tentatively planned for 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Dahl-VanHove-Schoof Funeral Home with burial in Fairview Cemetery.

She was born at Atlantic, the daughter of O. E. and Fannie Saunders. She married Laurence R. Simpson July 21, 1933 at Des Moines.

Survivors include her husband; a brother, O.E. Saunders Jr of South America; Three sisters, Kala Trites of Lincoln Neb., Berley Larson of Ottawa, Ill., and Ona Howell of Englewood Calif.

Friends may call at the funeral home until service time.
