Catherine L. Nemmers, 76, of 824 Wisner Drive, died Thursday, Dec. 27, 1990, at Covenant Medical Center at Kimball Avenue of natural causes.

She was born Feb. 10, 1914, in Waterloo, daughter of Jack and Mary McCoy Coonrod. She married Francis J. Nemmers on June 15,1940, in Waterloo.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, John J. of Hemdon, Va., and Thomas L. of Pontiac, Mich.; a daughter, Mary Sue Simbric of Grand Forks, N.D.; and three grandchildren.

Services will be 1 p.m. Monday at St. Edward's Catholic Church, with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call after 2:30 p.m. today at Oppold-Hagarty Funeral Home, where there will be a rosary at 3 and Scripture service at 7:30 p.m.
