Funeral services will be at 2 p. m. Wednesday at the Johannsen-Rossow Funeral Home at La Porte City for Osie Forest Hilton, 81, of 121 W. Main St., Washburn.

Mr. Hilton, a longtime cattle buyer for Rath Packing Company in Northeast Iowa, died Monday at his home of complications of age.

The Rev. Ronald McMenamin, paster of First United Presbyterian Church at Washburn and La Porte City,
will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Crest Cemetery at Jesup.

He was born April 12, 1889, near Shady Grove in Buchanan County, the son of William and mary Jane Mount Hilton. He married Harriet Inza Ham Sept. 26, 1907, at Independence. He was a member of the Cedar Valley Masonic Lodge at Brandon.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Raymond Albert of Cedar Rapids, MRs. George Thedens of Rowley and Mrs. James Mowbray of Delta, Colo; and one sister, Mrs. Mae Wright of Brandon.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and one daughter.
