Services for Ralph Hebell, 56, of El Monte, Calif., and formerly of Waterloo, were Aug. 21 at Christ Lutheran Church, Downey, Calif., with burial in a Downey cemetery.

Mr. Hebell died Aug. 18, 1986, in El Monte.

He was born in Waterloo, son of Mr. and Mrs. Elvin Hebell, former residents of Waterloo and Jesup.

He is survived by his sister, Maxine Daley, of Houston, Texas.

Roy Addleman & Son Funeral Home in El Monte was in charge of arrangements.
