WATERLOO — Jada Christine Lindsey, 2-month-old daughter of Shantel Summage and Raymond Lindsey Jr., died Thursday, May 22, 1997, at Covenant Medical Center. The cause of death is pending autopsy results.

She was born March 28, 1997, in Fort Madison.

Survived by her parents of 623 W. Eighth St.; a sister, Lyric Summage; maternal grandmother, Robin Harrison of Waterloo; maternal grandfather, Lester Dawson of Burlington; maternal great-grandparents, Karen and Jim Marshall of Carthage, Ill.; paternal grandparents, Naeley and Christine Hill of Peoria, Ill.; and paternal grandfather, Raymond Lindsey Sr. of Detroit.

Preceded in death by maternal great-great-grandparents, Harold and Bernapeane Schlif.

Graveside services: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Garden of Memories Cemetery, with chapel committal. Friends may call from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Wednesday at Greer Funeral Home.
