WATERLOO — Jeremy Jon Clark, 22, of Waterloo, died at home, Thursday, July 25, 2013.

He was born April 9, 1991, in Oak Harbor, Wash., son of Kelly and Lisa Richard Clark.

He graduated from West High School in 2010.

Survived by his father, Kelly (Kortney) Clark of Waterloo; his mother, Lisa (Tom) Richard Glidewell of Canyon Lake, Texas; two brothers, Brandon Clark of Austin, Texas, and Nathan Clark of Canyon Lake, Texas; great-grandmother, Bev Baish of Waterloo; his paternal grandparents, Sharon Clark of Waterloo and George (Carol) Clark of Evansdale; and his maternal grandparents, Barb Richard and Ken Richard, both of Seguin, Texas;

Services: 2 p.m. Wednesday at Locke Funeral Home, with visitation for an hour before the service.
