Eva L. "Evelyn" Worm, 98, of Ravenwood Health Care Center, died there Friday, Jan. 31, 1997 of natural causes.

She was born Aug. 1, 1898, in Adair, daughter of Arthur P. and Caroline Wahlert Schwenneker. She married Harry O. Worm on March 21, 1917, in Wisconsin; he died May 2, 1983.

Survived by three sons, Stanley L. and Dale A., both of San Diego, and Carroll O. of Alamosa, Colo.; two daughters, Donna Rose Stambaugh of Evansdale and Phrone Railsback of Waterloo; 13 grandchildren; and 21 greatgrandchildren.

Preceded in death by a son, Robert; a daughter, Elnore Leefers; two grandchildren; four sisters; and two brothers.

Services: 1 p.m. Wednesday at Locke Funeral Home, with burial in Elmwood Cemetery. Friends may call from 9 a.m. until services Wednesday at the funeral home.
