CEDAR FALLS- Kay N. White, 70, of Cedar Falls, died Thursday, April 19, 2007, at Covenant Medical Center.

She was born May 13, 1936, in Dumont, daughter of Clifford and Hilda Ahrens White.

Ms. White was employed in housekeeping and laundry at Sartori Memorial Hospital in Cedar Falls for thirty years, retiring in 1998. Following her retirement, she volunteered her time at Community United Child Care Centers.

Survivors include two brothers, Maurice White of Waterloo, and Paul (Lisa) White of Cedar Falls; two sisters, Maurine Jaquis of Parkersburg, and Linda (Don) White of Tarkio, MO; seven nieces and nephews; and seven great nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Dennis; and a brother-in-law, Gordon Jaquis.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Monday at United Methodist Church in New Hartford, with burial in Dumont Cemetery. Public visitation will be 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Richardson Funeral Home. Visitation also for one hour prior to services Monday at the church.

Memorials may be directed to the church or Community United Child Care Centers (1026 E. Seerley Blvd. in Cedar Falls).
