DUNKERTON - Services for Arthur Anthony Muehlig, 86, of rural Dunkerton, will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Francis Catholic Church, rural Dunkerton, with burial in the church cemetery. Mr. Muehlig died Sunday (Jan. 4, 1987) at his home. The cause of death was not available.

He was born Nov. 9, 1900, in Black Hawk County, son of John and Katherine Schmitt Muehlig. He married Mary Ristoler on Nov. 15,1951, in rural Dunkerton Mr. Muehlig was a retired area farmer.

Survivors include his wife; a stepdaughter, Elizabeth Naebers of Dunkerton; and a brother, Frank of rural Dunkerton.

He was preceded in death by a half brother, two brothers and a sister.

Friends may call today at Woods Funeral Home, Fairbank, where a Scripture service will be at 7:30 p.m. today.
