CEDAR FALLS, IOWA - Services for Emma C. Talley, 83, of 3011 Neola Ave., will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday at Kearns-Dykeman Chapel in Waterloo with burial in Fairview Cemetery, Waterloo. Friends may call after 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Talley died at Schoitz Memorial Hospital, Waterloo, Tuesday morning.

She was born July 20, 1892, in Rockford, daughter of Carl Frederick and Wilhelminna Krueger Koch. She married John A. Talley March 6, 1917, in Rockford. He died April 28, 1943.

Survivors include three sons; John of 3011 Neola Ave., Paul E.. of Leigh, Kansas, and Kenneth of Bossier City, La.; and 15 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
