EVANSDALE — Mildred Jane Dullard, 78, of the Western Home Cedar Falls, formerly of Evansdale, died Saturday, Dec. 6, 1997 at home of natural causes.

She was born Nov. 24, 1919, in Peoria, Ill., daughter of Sydney and Mamie Toomey Collard. She married Raymond V. Dullard on Sept. 2,1944, in Tulsa, Okla. He died Sept. 8 1990. Mrs. Dullard had been a secretary at Tulsa City Hall.

Survived by four sons: Richard of Denver, Colo., Timothy and Anthony, both of Waterloo, and Stephen of Chicago; three daughters: Mary Michels of Independence, Kathy Widdel of Waterloo and Debbie Dettmer of Elk Run Heights; and 18 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by a son, Michael; and a grandson.

Services: 11 a.m. Thursday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service/South Street, with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery, both in Waterloo. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
