Agnes M. Gilson, 86, of the Cedar Falls Health Care Center, formerly of 4016 Homer St., died Saturday, Jan. 22, 1994 at the center of natural causes.

She was born Nov. 17, 1907, in Deer Creek, III, daughter of Charles and Ida Belle Stormer Lane. She married Orville L. Gilson on April 12, 1927, in Carroll.

Mrs. Gilson had been employed by Allen Memorial Hospital for many years until her retirement. She was later employed by Pitze's.

Survived by her husband; a son, Johnnie of Waterloo; two daughters, Connie Clark of Nebo, Illinois., and Sarabelle Steiner of Mason City; a brother, Tom Lane of Jefferson; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by a grandson; three brothers; and two sisters.

Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday at Parrott & Wood Funeral Home, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until service time Tuesday at the funeral home. The casket will not be open.
