CEDAR FALLS - Clyde E. Neal, 91, of Cedar Falls, died Friday, Oct 2, 1998 at Cedar Falls Lutheran Home of natural causes.

He was born Jan. 11, 1907, in West Frankfort, Ill., son of Vallie and Ora Phillips Neal. He married Thelma Turner Nov. 4, 1928, in West Frankfort; she died in 1983. Mr. Neal had been an electrician.

Survived by two sons, Conrad L. of Inyokern, Calif., and Paul G. of Cedar Falls; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a sister, Helen Norman of Petersburg, 111.; and a brother, Paul of Texas.

Preceded in death by three sisters; and a brother.

Services: 11 a.m, Wednesday at Parker Reedy Funeral Home, West Frankfort with burial in Neal Cemetery, Logan, Ill. There will be no local visitation. Parrott & Wood Funeral Home and Cremation Service is in charge of local arrangements.
