James Frank Cook, age 3, son of Mr. and Mrs. James M. Cook, 320 Campbell Avenue, died at midnight Saturday, following a brief illness of pneumonia.

He was born Aug. 14, 1918, at Buckingham, la.

Surviving are the parents and two brothers, Donald and Lloyd. The body is at Petersen Bros.' undertaking parlors.

The funeral will be Wednesday at 10 a. m. at Petersen Bros.' chapel, Rev. G. D. Serrill officiating and interment will be in Elmwood.
