CEDAR FALLS-Marvin Gene Wiler, 71, of Cedar Falls died Thursday, May 22, 2008 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinic in Iowa City, Iowa.

He was born May 25, 1936, in Cedar Falls, Iowa, the son of Earl Percy and Della Gertrude (Hatcher) Wiler. He worked as a salesman and was an accomplished musician and organist.

Survived by two brothers, George E. (Darlene) Wiler of Branson, MO and Keith W. Wiler of Cedar Falls.

Preceded by his parents.

Graveside services 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 28, 2008 at Fairview Cemetery in Cedar Falls. Friends may call from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Richardson Funeral Home in Cedar Falls. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
