WATERLOO - Steven G. Northey, 61, of Waterloo, died at home Wednesday, March 7, 2007.

He was born April 23, 1945, in Waterloo, son of Gilbert and Joyce Edgerton Northey. He was a 1965 graduate of Cedar Falls High School and had attended Hawkeye Institute of Technology in Waterloo. He had been employed with Eagles Grocery, as well as some area restaurants.

Survivors include: three brothers, Nathan (Laurel) of Waterloo, Thomas of Cedar Falls and Daniel (Rosamaria) of West Des Moines; and a sister, Mary (Shane) Sullivan of Ulysses, Kan.

Preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Norman.

Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Cedar Heights Presbyterian Church, Cedar Falls, with inurnment later in Waterloo Memorial Park Cemetery. Public visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Richardson Funeral Home. Visitation also for an hour before services Wednesday at the church.
