Prayer services for James Marvin Walters, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Darrell M. Watters, 209 Falls Ave., were Saturday at 3:30 p. m. at the Kistner Funeral Home. The Eev. G. E. Melchert, pastor of the Trinity American Lutheran Church, officiated. Burial was at the. Midwest Garden of Memories cemetery.

James Marvin Watters was born at 1:30 a. m. Friday at St. Francis Hospital and died of intracranial hemorrhage at 7 p.m. Friday.

Surviving are his parents, one sister, Mary Ann; the paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Rollie Watters of Hudson and the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. L. E. Ostlie, 400 McCoy Rd., Evansdale.
