WATERLOO — Shellene Miller, 50, of Waterloo, died at home Tuesday, June 18, 2013 of natural causes.

She was born June 6, 1963, in Iowa City, daughter of Jack and Patricia Miller.

She graduated from Hawkeye Institute of Technology. She was a homemaker and a full-time mother. She attended Harvest Vineyard Church.

Survived by two sons, Jade (Lacey) and Cass, both of Waterloo; a daughter, Sydney (Corey) Hill of Waterloo; five grandchildren, Corbin, Collin, Greysen, Ian and Alauna; three brothers, Arden (Kate), Craig and John Miller; a sister, Kay Miller; 10 nieces and nephews; and many great-nieces and nephews, close friends and family.

Preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Patricia and John and Betty; and her close friend and cousin, Robin.

Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Harvest Vineyard Church, 715 E. Fourth St., Waterloo.

Memorials a memorial account has been set up at Veridian Credit Union or may be directed to the church.

Shellene was a very loving and beloved mother, sister, friend and grandmother who loved listening and singing music as well as telling stories. In her youth she was very vibrant and exuberant. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
