Funeral services have been tentatively scheduled for Wednesday afternoon at the Kearns-Dykeman chapel for Paul Sanford Turner, 66, of 656 Conger St., who died at his home sometime last week.

Dr. Sidney Smith, county coroner, determined Thursday night that Turner's death was a suicide.

Turner was born in Waterloo in 1892*, the son of Albert and Belle Turner. He graduated from the old Fisk School and was employed for many years as a draftsman for the Iowa Public Service Co. He was also employed for a time by the WCF&N Railroad and for the last few years had worked part-time for the city as a draftsman.

He has no known survivors and was preceded in death by his parents.

*His gravestone at Fairview Cemetery, Waterloo, IA clearly says his date of birth is July 30, 1895.
