Mrs. Ralph Goodall, 80, of 59 E. Parker St., died at St. Francis Hospital at 6:40 a.m. Sunday of complications of her age.

She was born on Dec. 11, 1889, at Petersville, the daughter of Patrick and Julia Cleary Costello. She was married to Ralph Goodall Feb, 19, 1919 at Petersville. They lived in Eldora for a while after their marriage and came to Waterloo in 1942 where she worked as seamstress for Cownie Furs and Wolfe's store. Mrs. Goodall was a member of St. Mary's Catholic church and of the Rosary Society.

Surviving are her husband, three daughters, Mary and Martha at home; and Mrs. Carl Newton of Amery, Wis.; one son, Robert J, of 161 Easton Ave.; eight grandchildren; two brothers, Albert Costello of Davenport; and John of Detroit; one sister, Mrs. Elizabeth O'Mera of Davenport.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary's Catholic church. Rosary services will be at the Oppold Funeral Home at 8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday.
