CEDAR FALLS - Services for Hazel Minnick. 88. of 1615 Clay St.. will be 4 p.m. Sunday at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home with graveside services at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Plainview Cemetery. Mount Morris, Ill. She died Wednesday night at her daughter's home.

Mrs. Minnick was born Jan. 23, 1892, in Grand Junction, daughter of Ira and Elizabeth Howe Wiley. She married Charles H. Minnick Dec. 24, 1912. He died in 1954.

Survivors include a son, Leland L. of Rock Island, Ill.; three daughters: Mrs. Darlene Olson of Tulsa. Okla., Mrs. Donna Crownin of Buffalo, N.Y., and Mrs. Berniece Howard of 1615 Clay St.; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Violet Clark of Boone.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.
