Harry G. Faust, 61, of 309 E. 2nd St., died at Allen Memorial Hospital Sunday at 4:55 p.m. of a heart attack.

He was born on Oct. 2, 1909 in Waterloo, the son of Henry and Nina Miller Faust. He married Dorothea Poock on Feb. 6, 1935 at the Klnger Lutheran Church.

Mr. Faust had been employed at the John Deere Waterloo Tractor Works, for 27 years. He retired last January. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.

Survived by his wife, three sons: Lester C. of 1651 Ackermant St.; Staff Sgt Wayne H. of Oceanside, Calif.; Robert H. at home; two daughters, Mrs. Charles Sanders of San Clemente, Calif.; Susan at home; eight grandchildren; two brothers, Harold of Jesup; and Clarence of 220 Clark St., Evansdale; two sisters, Mrs. Gladys Hinz of Janesville; and Mrs. Arnold Riter of Rt. 4, and his mother, 1138 Hawthorne Avc.

He was preceded in death by his father and one brother.

Friends who wish may give memorials to the Immanual Lutheran Church.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Immanual Lutheran Church. Friends may call at the Parrott & Wood Funeral Home after 11 a.m. Tuesday.
