Lucille Eleanor Kimball, 93, of Waterloo died Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2007, at Covenant Medical Center of natural causes.

She was born Aug. 18, 1914, in Waterloo the daughter of John Anthony and Kathryn Ellen Meany Engleman.

She married Gordon Henry Kimball on Sept. 21, 1946 in Waterloo. He died Jan. 10, 1973. Ms. Kimball was a homemaker.

Survivors include a son John (Pat) Kimball of Waterloo; three daughters: Kathryn (Rodney) Payne of La Porte City, Elizabeth (John) Geist of Fort Dodge, and Patricia (Wendell) Kawakami of Bloomington, MN; 10 grandchildren and a great grandchild; sister Mary Nolteriek of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by an infant daughter Mary Ellen Kimball. Two infant sisters, a infant brother. and a brother-in-law William Nolteriek.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Edward Catholic Church with burial in Calvary cemetery. Public visitation from 4-8 p.m. Friday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway where there will be a 4 p.m. Catholic Daughters of the Americas rosary and 7 p.m. vigil service. Visitation also one hour prior to services Saturday at the church.

Memorials may be directed to Cedar Valley Hospice or the Alzheimers Association
