CEDAR FALLS - Services for Keely Craig, three months old, of 1109 Clay St., will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Richardson Funeral Home. The body will be cremated with burial at a later date. She died at the Black Hawk County Health Care Center Sunday morning from complications of spina bifida.

She was born in Cedar Falls Nov. 1, 1977, daughter of William J. and Cathy R. Carlson Craig.

Survivors include her parents; a brother, Saylar, at home; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Robert Powell of Traer; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Keith Carlson, 2822 Neola Drive; maternal great grandmother, Mrs. Leah Forney, 940 Byron Ave., Waterloo; maternal great grandmother, Mrs. Fern Carlson, Ft. Dodge.

Memorials may be given in her name for spina bifida research.
