Services for Emma L. Slaughter, 86, of 1650 Camelot Drive, will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at O'Keefe & Towne-Carter & Waychoff Funeral Home with burial in Fairview Cemetery. She died early Sunday at Parkview Gardens Care Center.

She was born July 1, 1899, in Clemen Pyritz, Germany, daughter of Gottlieb and Anna Rowe Gadow. She married John M. Slaughter Sept. 25, 1920, in Waterloo. He died in 1971.

Survivors include three sons: John of Coon Rapids, Minn., Tom of Bloomington, Minn., and Roger of Waterloo; nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Martha Roehm of Howard Lake, Minn., and, Mrs. Agnes Pearson of Torrance, Calif.

Friends may call after noon Tuesday at the funeral home.
