WATERLOO - William Edward Bader, 78, of Waterloo, died at home Sunday, May 5, 2013.

He was born Aug. 28, 1934, in Protivin, son of William E. and Mayme Tupy Bader. He married Rosemary Riehle on Sept. 19, 1959, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Waterloo.

Mr. Bader was employed with John Deere until his retirement.

Survived by his wife, Rosemary of Waterloo; five sons: Kris (Sherry) of Brighton, Tenn., Kyle (Stephanie) of La Porte City, Kegan (Trish) of Columbia Heights, Minn., Kolin (Kristen) of Sacramento, Calif., and Karson (Melanie) of Winchester, Calif.; two daughters, Kelly Bocek and Kim Cirksena, both of Waterloo; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; and five sisters: Mildred Schubel of Minnesota, Lorraine Doubek and Wilma Bruess, both of Waterloo, Gerri Swyers of Cedar Falls, and Rita Reviour of California.

Services: There will be no services. Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street is assisting the family.
