Services for Jens J. Christensen, 95, of ihe Lutheran Home, formerly of Rt. 4, will be 2 p.m. Friday at Fredsville Lutheran Church with ihe Rev Joseph Sibert officiating. Burial will be in Fredsville Cemetery under direction o! Dahl - Van Hove Funeral Home. Mr. Christensen died Wednesday at Sartori Hospital.

He was born April 12, 1873, at Norre Nenbel, Denmark, the son of Peder and Meta Jensen Christensen. He married Ellen Larsen April 20, 1897, in Cedar Falls. She died in 1940. They farmed northwest of Dike until retirement.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Harry (Alma) Johnson of 1922 Franklin St. and Mrs. Erik (Laura) Christiansen of Dike, and a granddaughter.

He was preceded by his wife, a son and an infant daughter.
