CEDAR FALLS — Interment for Goldie R. Metcalfe, 91, of the Cedar Falls Health Care Center, formerly of 1201 Madison St., will be at a later date at Memorial Park Cemetery in St. Louis. Mrs. Metcalfe died Friday night at the care center.

She was born Aug. 23, 1892, at Carlyle, Ill., daughter of Kent C. and Anna Z. Johnson Pierce. She married Thomas S. Metcalfe June 23, 1916, at De Solo, Mo.

She is survived by a son, William K. Metcalfe of 1201 Madison St.; and a sister, Frances Weigel of Springfield, Mo.

Richardson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. There will be no visitation.

Memorials may be made to the Cedar Falls Public Library.
