WATERLOO- Sheila De Vore, 43, of Waterloo, died Tuesday, May 19, at Covenant Medical Center.

She was born February 7, 1966 in Fairfield, the daughter of Donald and Betty (Manley) Milligan, Sr. She married Dennis De Vore on July 4, 1996 in Waterloo.

Mrs. De Vore was a homemaker throughout her adult life.

Survivors include her husband, Dennis; three sons, Daniel, Sr. (Kim), Dennis, III (Mercedes), and Patrick De Vore, all of Waterloo; two daughters, Sarah (John) Medina, and Darci (Jason Good) De Vore, also of Waterloo; six grandchildren; father, Donald Milligan, Sr. of Waterloo; three brothers, Donald (Sue) Milligan, Jr. of Waterloo, Randy Milligan of Evansdale, and Daniel Milligan of Waterloo; and two sisters, Kathy (Ron) Dulin of Evansdale, and Vickie (Butch) Thompson of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by her mother, and grandson, Ethan Medina.

Services will be held 1 p.m. Friday at Faith Assembly of God Church in Elk Run Heights, with burial in Hillside Cemetery. Visitation one hour prior to services Friday at the church.

Memorials may be directed to the family.
