Services for Betty E. Shepherd, 60, of Greeley, Colo., formerly of Waterloo, will be 2 p.m. Thursday at First Congregational Church with burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Greeley.

Mrs. Shepherd died Monday (Oct. 13, 1986) at North Colorado Medical Center.

She was born July 10, 1926, in Coshocton, Ohio, daughter of Frank and Hazel I. Bailey. She married J. Earl Shepherd on Dec. 10, 1972, in Greeley.

She was a Realtor before retiring in November of 1985 because of illness. She was reared and educated in Waterloo. She moved to Greeley in 1954.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Jack Clark of Moscow, Idaho, and John Clark of Greeley; a daughter, Jeannie McWilliams of Greeley; her father; a sister, Beverly Greenway of Waterloo; two brothers, Frank Bailey of Racine, Wis., and Jack Fortune of Waterloo; two stepsons, Nick Shepherd of Eaton, Colo., and Pat Shepherd of Greeley; a stepdaughter, Sue Good of Lawrenceville, Ga.; and eight grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.

Memorials may be made to the First Congregational Church Building Fund in Greeley or the American Cancer Society.
