WATERLOO - Anthony Stephen Bouley, 18, of Fort Pierce, Fla., formerly of Waterloo, died at home Sunday, Sept. 24, 2000; the cause of death pending a medical examiner's report.

He was born Oct. 16, 1981, in Waterloo, son of Joseph L. and Kathy Ann Fouts Bouley Jr. He was a student at the University of Florida.

Survived by his parents of Fort Pierce; his maternal grandparents, Donald M. and Carol J. Fouts of Chicago; and paternal grandparents, Joseph L. and Anne Bouley Sr. of Connecticut.

Preceded in death by grandmother, Luette K. Collins.

Graveside services: 2 p.m. today at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Florida. Memorial services at 3:30 p.m. today at Trinity Lutheran Church, Fort Pierce. Haisley-Hobbs Funeral Home, Fort Pierce, is in charge of arrangements.
