Mrs. Florence L. Barron, 57, of 1500 Baltimore Street, died at Allen Memorial Hospital Wednesday at 1:45 p.m. of a heart ailment. She was taken severely ill Tuesday night.

The daughter of William J. and Julia Peverill, she was born in Waterloo, January 14, 1891. She was married in Waterloo, June 30, 1815, to Ralph A. Barron. Mr. Barron preceded her in death January 23, 1947.

Mrs. Barron lived in Waterloo nearly her entire life. She was a member of First Baptist Church.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Preston J. O'Rourke, Roundup, Montana, and Mrs. Betty Lou Buker, Hollywood, California; three sons: Max I., Dubuque, Iowa; Robert E., 1726 Forest Avenue, and Irvin A., at home; her mother, Mrs. William Peverill, Hollywood, California; three brothers: Julian A. and Harry, both of Des Moines, and LeRoy, Los Angeles, California; three sisters: Mrs. Golda Woolman, Drain, Oregon, Miss Wilma Peverill, Hollywood, California and Mrs. Sylvia Cone, also of Hollywood, and five grandchildren.

The body is at Kistner Funeral Home wehre final arrangements are being completed.
