Services are pending in Washougal, Wash., for Mrs. Pauline B. VanDeVenter, 72, of Rockaway, Ore., formerly of Waterloo. Mrs. VanDeVenter died Monday at her home.
She was born Sept. 24, 1912, in Urbana, daughter of Charles and Mae Parker Rosekrans. She married Ronald J. VanDeVenter April 22, 1933, in Waterloo. They moved to Oregon in 1951.
Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Rosalene Kern of Denver; a son, James of Washougal; 13 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a brother, Don Rosekrans of Fairfax; and four sisters: Mrs Irene Tunks of Phoenix, Ariz., Mrs Evelyn Hepker of SpringviUe, Mrs. Lenore Allen of Cedar Rapids and Mrs. Mildred Reed of Waterloo.
She was preceded in death by a son, Robert.
