ISEMINGER, CAIN, SHERRATT, ELLIS

Mrs. Jennie Iseminger, 74, 438 Locust Street, longtime resident of Black Hawk County, was found dead in bed Friday morning. She died while asleep Thursday night, as a result of a heart attack. She had apparently been in good health.

Jennie Cain was bom April 19, 1859, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Cain, in Cambria County, Pennsylvania. At the age of 1 year she came with her parents to Black Hawk county, where she had since made her home.

She was married to J. E. Iseminger at Hudson, la., Dec. 31, 1878. About 30 years ago they moved to Waterloo, and Mr. Iscmlnger died here Nov. 11, 1806.

Surviving are two daughters. Mrs. R. H. Sherratt, Cedar Falls, and Mrs. H. B. Ellis, Beagle, Ore.; one son. Delbert C., Hudson, 10 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

The body was taken to the O'Keefe & Towne Funeral Home.
