MRS. JERELSTEEN COOK

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel for Mrs. Jerelsteen Cook, 520 Argyle Street, who died at the age of 44 at an Independence hospital.

Survivors include a niece, Mrs. Bernita Sallis, 320 Argyle Street, a nephew, Robert Bryant, 413 Argyle, two great-nieces and five great-nephews.

Preceding her in death were her parents, a brother, a sister and a son.

Friends may view the remains at the funeral home until services, which will be conducted by the Rev. L. L. Magee of the Antioch Baptist Church. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
