Funeral services for Harry J. McConnehey, 34, of 1903 Lafayette St, who died following heart surgery Thursday at Philadelphia, Pa., will be Monday at 1:30 p.m. in St. Mark's Episcopal Church. Rev. E. W. G. Worrall, rector, will officiate. Burial will be in Poyner Township Cemetery. Friends may call at the Kearns-Dykeman chapel until 1 p. m. Monday. The casket will be taken to the church and will remain closed.

Mr. McConnehey was born May 13, 1918. at Billings, Mont., a son of Harry N. and Mrs. Anna Madsen McConnehey. He resided for a time at Billings and later at Spencer, la., prior to coming to Waterloo, in May of 1940. He was employed as an upholsterer at the Hurwich Furniture Co.

He was married in 1942 at Nashua to Lucy Teasdale. He was a member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church, Waterloo Chapter 201 United Commercial Travelers, Cedar Valley Chess Club and Men's Garden Club.

Surviving besides his wife and mother, the latter of Billings, are two step-sons, Paul M. Dyer, in the navy, and John K. Dyer, Glendale, Calif.

There are also five sisters: Mrs. John Richey, Helena, Mont.; Mrs. William Renner, Redondo Beach, Calif., and Mrs. Joe Stiner, Jr., and Miss Lois Jeanne McConnehey, both of Billings.

He was preceded in death by his father.
