WATERLOO — Kent Lura Froelich, 47, of Sanger, Texas, formerly of Waterloo, died Saturday, March 13, 2004, at Denton Community Hospital, Denton, Texas.

He was born June 14,1956, in Rockford, N.D son of Olive M. and Robert Froelich. He married Kathy Olson Oct. 13,2001, in Las Vegas.

Mr. Froelich was owner and operator of a swimming pool construction business.

Survived by his wife; his parents of Waterloo; three sons, Daniel Froelich of Pullman, Wash., and Jason Layton and Nathan Layton, both of' Kent Froelich Sanger; a daughter, Amanda Laine Froelich of Spokane Wash - two brothers, Keith of Alpharetta, Ga., and Rodney of Denton and two sisters, Joy Dobes of Waterloo and Bobbi Daily of Flower' Mound, Texas.

Preceded in death by a son, Phillip Layton, in December 2003.

Memorial services: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Coker Funeral Home Chapel, Sanger.
