Myrna Hahn, 90, of Columbus, Georgia, formerly of Cedar Falls, died Friday, March 27, 2009 at Columbus Hospice House.

Myrna was born February 25, 1919 in Des Moines, Iowa, the daughter of Chris Vognsen, Sr. & Jennie Marie (Grarup) Vognsen. She married Kenneth Hahn.

Survivors include her husband, Kenneth, of Columbus, Georgia; two daughters, Velma (Felton) Hartley of Columbus, and Renea (Anthony) Mareno of Bessemer, Alabama; six grandchildren, Shawna Hartley, Dana Weiler, Tony Mareno, Marcus Mareno, Ken Hartley, and Chris Mareno; 13 great-grandchildren, Shea, Jared, Cole, Katelyn, Christalyn, Raegan, Chase, Dawson, Gage, Maggie, Anna, Birdie, Cody; one great-great granddaughter, Alivia; and one brother, Lester (Lettie) Vognsen of Florida.

Myrna was preceded in death by her parents; a grandson, Adam Dunaiski; two brothers, Chris Vognsen and George Vognsen; and two sisters, Helen Hahn and Ruth Timmer.

Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday, April 3, 2009 at the Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time Friday at the funeral home.
