Mrs. Martha Baxter, age 65, died at the home of her son, E. A. McCullough, Castle Hill, at 11:20 last night. Her death came suddenly, altho she had been in poor health about a year.

She had resided with her son most of the time during the past five years, previous to which she lived at Brooklyn, N. Y.

All relatives, except her son, and a brother, living in Springfield, O., reside in Canada.

Funeral services will be at the O'Keefe & Towne-chapel at 3 p. m tomorrow, with burial in Fairview.
